All orders are couriered to their destination, at times this may be by an external courier service or a Bloomin Boxes vehicle.
Refunds will not be given for incorrect choice of product. Should you be dissatisfied with the quality of the products in the gift box, please contact us to make arrangements for the return of the gift box and a refund, excluding delivery costs.
Bloomin Box Co. has the right to assess the condition of returned goods prior to offering a refund. Refunds will not be given after 24 hours of delivery.
